West Ham United are close to signing Manchester City goalkeeper Joe Hart on a season-long loan deal.

According to the Telegraph, City have now relaxed their stance on making the deal permanent and will allow the 30-year old to leave on loan.

Hart has become a forlorn figure over the past two seasons.

The England international was shipped out on loan to Torino last season and will once again find himself moving temporarily this summer.
