Brentford have requested a bizarre add-on in their negotiations with West Ham United for Scott Hogan.
The Bees and Hammers are close to agreeing a £13.5million fee for the striker, but the Championship club have asked for a £1m payout if West Ham happen to win the title in the future.
The Sun reports that Brentford will receive an initial fee of £9m plus an appearances fee of £3m, PLUS the extra seven-figure bonus if Slaven Bilic's side clinch the Premier League title, despite the club never finishing higher than third.
It is understood that Hogan, 24, will land £40,000 per week at the London Stadium where he is want day Bilic to play up front alongside Andy Carroll.
However, Crystal Palace are also keen and could still make a move before the winter transfer deadline tomorrow night at 11pm.
