West Ham United co-owner David Sullivan has warned Tottenham to forget trying to sign Scott Parker.
Spurs boss Harry Redknapp wants the England midfielder to bolster his ranks for a season which includes Champions League football for the first time.
The White Hart Lane outfit have already had one bid knocked back for the 29-year-old, with the Hammers making it clear that they had no intention of selling Parker for any price.
To see off further interest, the Hammers are keen to tie the midfielder down on an improved five-year contract, which they believe he will sign on Monday.
And Sullivan has also issued a stark warning to Spurs, saying they will report them if there is further contact.
He said in the Daily Mail: "I have told Spurs again that he's not available and not to bother us any further or we'll report them to the Premier League."
