West Ham captain Nolan impressed by Hughes' Stoke

West Ham United captain Kevin Nolan is looking forward to their test against Stoke City.

Nolan is wary of the work Mark Hughes has done with the Potters.

Nolan told whufc.com: "We've got to keep positive, keep playing the way we are and go there with a lot of confidence because I thought we deserved something out of the game at Everton. If we put a performance like that out there at Stoke, I'm sure we can come back with a good, positive result.

"I think Mark Hughes has gone in and tried to change the way they play and what they do now. It's a different type of Stoke to play these days. It's still hard and they're still tough boys who are still hungry to win games.

"It's going to be interesting and I'm really looking forward to it. We've got something to avenge because we were really poor against Stoke at home this season. We've got a near-full squad for this one, going to what is a difficult place but we're really confident that we can get something."
