West Ham United manager Sam Allardyce suggests the club is unlikely to make any more signings this summer.
The Hammers signed Matt Jarvis for just over £10million from Wolves today, to add the captures of Alou Diarra, James Collins, Jussi Jaaskelainen, Raphael Spiegel, Modibo Maiga, Mo Diame, George McCartney and Stephen Henderson.
Allardyce feels that nine new signings is enough at Upton Park and has basically ruled out making any moves in the final days of the August transfer window.
"I don't expect any more signings at this moment in time," said Allardyce.
"We had a couple of players lined up that were from abroad in case the Matt transfer didn't come off. We have obviously now said 'thanks but we can't go in that area any more'.
"We wait and see as always going into the mayhem of next week what might turn up of course."
