West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini has urged his fringe players to follow Lucas Perez's lead.
Perez stepped out of the shadows to score his first two Premier League goals for West Ham in their win over Cardiff on Tuesday.
"We have a squad and it is a moment for other players to demonstrate why they are here," he said.
"I was very happy with Lucas Perez the other day that he took his chance and scored two goals, so we must continue working with the players we have at this moment."
