West Ham boss Manuel Pellegrini says Robert Snodgrass will be available for their clash with Leicester City.
The midfielder was found guilty of making an improper comment to a tester, though the club have stressed he was not selected for testing, nor did he refuse to take a test.
Snodgrass has denied making the alleged comments and his suspension will not become active until written reasons have been issued and the club has had a chance to consider an appeal.
Pellegrini said: "Robert will be available. He continues saying he didn't say anything. It is so difficult to know who is telling the truth. I trust the player but I do not believe the man that came here from the doping system are lying. It is difficult to know. But I believe in my player."
