West Ham boss Moyes explains Randolph delays

West Ham boss David Moyes has explained delays over their deal for Middlesbrough goalkeeper Darren Randolph.

Moyes is hopeful he can fast-track the £4million return of former Hammers keeper Randolph.

Moyes' first-choice shot-stopper Lukasz Fabianski limped off early on in Friday night's 1-0 away loss to Sheffield United.

Randolph was set to move to the London Stadium earlier this week, but the switch from Middlesbrough was delayed due to issues arising during the 32-year-old's medical.

Moyes said: “We were just waiting on a small injury improving – so hopefully that will be soon."
