West Ham United boss Alan Curbishley is delighted with the way Freddie Sears has handled the hype after scoring his first Premiership goal last weekend.

Curbs said: "It is great for everybody at the club and especially for Freddie.

"In himself, there has been no change this week. Freddie has trained the same and been the same.

"I would like to give him some more minutes on the pitch and we will see if we can do that."
