West Ham United boss Sam Allardyce is weighing up whether to give new signing Pablo Armero his Premier League debut.

Allardyce wrote in the London Evening Standard: "Pablo Armero, our loan signing from Napoli (below), was due to arrive in London today.

"The paperwork took a little time to sort out following his transfer deadline day move to us and he was scheduled to fly in, with his family, today.

"Whether or not he will be involved in the squad at Villa Park tomorrow or whether we wait until the home match against Norwich, remains to be seen. We will make that decision after we've seen him and talked to him."
