West Ham are ready to pounce for Newcastle United midfielder Isaac Hayden.

The Evening Chronicle says West Ham are continuing to weigh up a move for Hayden.

The Hammers have turned their attentions to Hayden and Eibar playmaker Joan Jordan after missing out on Real Madrid's Dani Ceballos and Barcelona's Andre Gomes.

The Magpies are expected to want somewhere in the region of £15-20million for the former Arsenal man.

Aston Villa are also interested in Hayden.
