West Ham ask after Juventus midfielder Pereyra

West Ham United have reportedly made enquiries about Juventus' Roberto Pereyra.

A report from the Daily Mail suggests that the Hammers are keen on the midfielder and have commenced their pursuit by asking about his availability this summer.

It is understood that the 25-year-old Argentine could be available for £12million after failing to make as positive an impact with the Bianconeri this season as he did the previous one when on loan from Udinese.

West Ham are planning a busy transfer period as they get set to move into the Olympic Stadium and Pereyra's is one of the many names being linked to the East Londoners as the summer fast approaches.

10-time Argentina international Pereyra joined Juventus permanently last summer but has featured only 12 times in the league for the Serie A champions, although he did miss around three months with a thigh injury.
