West Ham and Arsenal eyeing AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie

West Ham and Arsenal are eyeing AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie.

The Daily Express says Milan could be forced to sell the midfielder in the summer to satisfy Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations and they will listen to offers in the region of £30million.

Kessie, 22, would prefer to move to a club who can offer him European football.

And that would put the two north London rivals in pole position for a player who is highly rated in Serie A.

The all-action Ivorian moved to the San Siro from Atalanta on a two-year loan deal in 2017 but they have an obligation to buy him for a fee that is understood to be in the region of £24m.

Arsenal might have a problem raising the finds as they will have limited funds available in the summer and West Ham are looking to rival them as they eye an alternative to Everton-bound Andre Gomes.
