Slaven Bilic says West Ham will not appeal their FA charge after failing to control their players during their defeat against Tottenham last Saturday.
Both clubs were subsequently charged and have now been fined £20,000.
"It was a derby game; a special game," said Bilic. "What is important is that is wasn't anything nasty or deliberate, with someone out to cause injury to an opponent.
"On the other hand, the FA has to draw the line and not have too much grey zone when it comes to that.
And when asked about whether the club would appeal the charge, Bilic added: "No, we will accept the charge because you can't deny that it was a bit of pushing."
