West Brom youngster Rakeem Harper is a target for Liverpool and Tottenham.

The Mirror says the Baggies are in danger of losing Harper for just a small compensation fee as he comes off contract.

Liverpool and Tottenham are also interested in the teenager, who has been with West Brom since the age of 12.

Harper made 16 appearances for West Brom last season as they made the Championship play-offs.

He is likely to be given a chance to impress under new manager Slaven Bilic, if he can be persuaded to sign a new contract.
