West Bromwich Albion are threatening to file a lawsuit against Aston Villa regarding the transfer of Louie Barry.
Albion lost the player for roughly a quarter of a million in the summer to Barcelona, with that money still not paid up by the Catalan giants.
But now he is set to sign for Villa from Barca for £3 million, per The Mirror.
And West Brom are not happy, as they hardly got any compensation for the player six months ago.
Some Albion officials believe the move was orchestrated, with Villa knowing they would never get the player directly from West Brom.
The England under-17 international was at Albion for 10 years.
The club are determined to recoup significant money for a player they trained and developed for a decade.
