West Brom reach agreement with Barnsley manager Ismael to replace Allardyce

West Bromwich Albion have come to an agreement with Barnsley manager Valerian Ismael.

Football Insider claims that the 45-year-old Frenchman is set to succeed Sam Allardyce following the club's relegation to the Championship.

The deal is all but concluded for Ismael to take over at the club imminently.

West Brom are now busy discussing terms with Barnsley so they can secure the release of Ismael from his contract.

The French coach may have a £2 million release clause in his Oakwell contract.
