West Brom News: Pardew ponders Krychowiak deal; Field happy with 'brilliant' Pardew

West Brom boss Alan Pardew admits the future of Grzegorz Krychowiak must be considered.

On-loan from PSG, Albion are paying all off his £108,000-a-week wages, making him the highest paid player at the club, but Pardew is yet to use him.

When Pardew was asked about the Polish midfielder, he said: “He's been OK.

"I haven't looked at his wages so I don't know but in terms of the group I've got here he has responded well in training. That's all I can say at this stage."

Meanwhile, Baggies midfielder Sam Field has enjoyed his first weeks under Pardew.

Field said, "I like him [Pardew] a lot. I think he's brilliant. I like his enthusiasm and his knowledge of the game. We know it's not going to be an overnight change from what we had before so we'll keep working on the training field and hopefully the results will start to show. The players know that and I think the fans should know that as well.

"He wants us to be a bit more adventurous going forward and more energetic which is good, we should do that. I think we've got the quality in the squad to do that.We haven't had a lot of luck, sometimes you get that in football. Our work rate and attitude has been first class."
