West Bromwich Albion midfielder Youssouf Mulumbu has suffered a hamstring injury.
He lasted just 21 minutes of DR Congo's defeat to Cameroon when he was taken off the pitch with a hamstring injury.
West Brom have also seen Ben Foster withdrawn by England with a thumb injury and Graham Dorrans suffered a foot injury on duty with Scotland.
