West Bromwich Albion midfielder Zoltan Gera doesn't regret leaving Fulham.
The Hungary international featured in defeat to the Cottagers yesterday.
He said: "In the last six months I knew I wasn't in Mark Hughes's plans, so when I had the chance to return to West Brom I was really happy.
"I had four great years there before I joined Fulham, and I knew Roy Hodgson, so I think I made the right decision.
"I had already promised to join West Brom before Martin Jol came in. I was looking forward to going back and always felt one day it would happen.
"Sometimes when you're not in a manager's plans you have to move on, that's life. I didn't have any bad feeling towards Mark Hughes. It was his decision and I respect that."
