West Brom No2 Dave Kemp admits they're delighted with the impact of Nacer Chadli.

The former Tottenham midfielder has hit the ground running for the Albion this season.

“You want to have as many quality players in the team because if you look at all the teams that we play, they all have Chadli-like players in their team don't they?" Kemp said.

“He's obviously made a difference.

“Because we didn't win it wasn't highlighted, but he actually played very well at Bournemouth too.

“To have that player of quality makes a big difference."
