West Brom look at Hull midfielder Huddlestone to replace Fletcher

West Bromwich Albion have identified Hull City's Tom Huddlestone as a replacement for recently departed captain Darren Fletcher.

According to The Sun, the Baggies will be able to pay a cut price for the 30-year old after it was revealed that his contract contains a £2m release clause if Hull were to be relegated.

Huddlestone joined Hull from Tottenham for £5m in 2013.

Albion manager Tony Pulis is said to rate the former England international as an ideal fit in his side after captain Darren Fletcher left the club for Stoke City last week.
