West Brom are desperate to keep hold of Louie Barry.
The Mirror says Barry has been offered a three-year deal at the Hawthorns, in a bid to stop interest from Barcelona.
Barry turned 16 on Friday and for the first time under UEFA rules, West Brom have been able to offer him a one-year scholarship followed by a two-year professional contract.
Barry is currently seen as one of the hottest properties in youth football in England.
And Barca are eager to tempt him to La Masia a year after swooping for former Arsenal whiz Marcus McGuane.
