The Baggies vice-skipper has hailed the instant impact Odemwingie has made at The Hawthorns on and off the pitch, following his deadly double against Blues.
"He's a great player," Olsson told the WBA website.
"His engine is massive and he keeps running for 90 minutes. He's already put three goals in and hopefully he'll keep doing that. He's a very nice guy and he's settled well into the team.
"He speaks very good English, which helps as well.
"He's a top guy and all the lads were very happy for him to be the matchwinner on Saturday."
