Released West Bromwich Albion defender Diego Lugano is set to move to Argentina after the World Cup.
The Uruguay captain becomes a free agent next week.
TMW says the experienced defender will sign for Argentina's Racing Club.
Racing have also signed Inter Milan striker Diego Milito since the end of last season.
