West Bromwich Albion are eyeing Newcastle United goalkeeper Steve Harper.
The Evening Chronicle says the Baggies have been credited with an interest in Harper.
The long-serving Newcastle stopper, though, is intent on returning to battle it out with Tim Krul and Fraser Forster for the No 1 slot next season.
And Alan Pardew is adamant in private and public that no decision has been taken on who will start the season as first-choice 'keeper.
