West Bromwith Albion boss Tony Pulis was happy to tie down goalkeeper Boaz Myhill to a new deal at The Hawthorns.
32-year-old Wales international Myhill committed his future to Albion on Thursday by signing a two-year contract, which will keep him at the club until the summer of 2017,
"I'm delighted Boaz has signed his new deal," Pulis told the club's official website of Myhill's commitment.
"He had a smashing end to the season when he came into the side and has worked very hard throughout the summer."
Last season, former Hull City number one Myhill made 11 Premier League appearances in the absence of the injured Ben Foster and will start the new Premier League campaign with the Baggies gloves as the Englishman continues his recovery from a serious knee injury.
