West Brom boss Tony Pulis is delighted with the impact of Nacer Chadli.
The former Tottenham winger has shone in the No10 role.
"He can work in and out, technically he's a very good player that - if we can get the ball to him in certain areas - will create and score," said Pulis. "That's everything we've been working on since he's come in.
"We're trying to find him in the pockets where he'll do most damage. He just wants to play football, obviously wants to get back in the Belgium squad.
"His attitude has been first class."
