West Brom boss Alan Pardew admits he's desperate for new signings after their 1-1 draw with Arsenal.

The Baggies have still not won under him and have only won seven League matches in the whole of 2017.

After Pardew's seventh game in charge, Tony Pulis' successor said: “We've got to do something in the window.

“When you look at teams with seven wins in a calendar year. It's telling you something.

“As much as we've changed the intent and tried to change the psychology, a change of character in the dressing room might help everybody so I'll be pushing to hopefully get somebody in.

“Seven wins in a calendar year says it all, really.

“We've got to move something around if we can.

“It's not always possible, as you know, money's tight.

“I've brought players in, not big signings, before but they can change the dynamic of the dressing room.

“I think there's a good dynamic in there but just a change sometimes is good."
