West Brom are moving for Espanyol striker Felipe Caicedo.
Don Balon says the Baggies are ready to offer €3 million for the experienced striker.
A contract of three-and-a-half seasons has also been drawn up for Caicedo to consider.
El Periódico del Mediterráneo says Caicedo, a former Manchester City player, would prefer a move to Villarreal.
But Espanyol would prefer to sell to the highest bidder, which for now is Albion.
