West Bromwich Albion are set for a transfer tussle involving Alfredo Morelos.

The newly promoted Premier League side are hoping to sign the Rangers attacker this summer.

But Lille in France are also very interested, and have reportedly bid £17 million, according to Daily Record.

West Brom are going to attempt to outbid the French team to secure Morelos, who is the type of striker manager Slaven Bilic wants.

Rangers are happy to see a bidding war, as they look to raise as much as possible from the sale.

Their manager Steven Gerrard did not want to lose Morelos, but would accept the deal at the right price, as he can reinvest in his squad.
