Werder Bremen are threatening Hertha Berlin's plans for Liverpool midfielder Marko Grujic.

The Serb has enjoyed a superb season on-loan at Hertha, though he ends his campaign with his future unclear.

On Merseyside there's talk of Liverpool being prepared to sell Grujic this summer and Hertha are keen.

However, Werder are also interested as they seek to strengthen their midfield.

With Philipp Bargfrede due to leave, Werder see Grujic as a potential replacement.
