Werder Bremen midfielder Davy Klaassen has no regrets over his experience with Everton.
While frustrated over the way he was treated in England, the Dutchman insists he grew as a person.
Recalling his summer move away, Klaassen said: "In the morning before I signed, I was still at the hairdresser in Manchester. I had packed my most important things, because I knew I would leave.
"In the end I was happy that everything was okay. I was looking forward to working at Bremen, but I was also a bit nervous. I just did not know what to expect."
He added: "Life in Manchester was good and I have gained a lot of experience, I want to emphasise that."
