Serge Gnabry is making an instant impact at Werder Bremen.

Sold by Arsenal in the final days of the summer market, the Germany U23 winger shone for Werder against Augsburg on the weekend.

Werder coach Viktor Skrypnyk said of the midfielder afterwards: "He is a tremendous addition and showed a mature performance.

"He is a good weapon, but he still lacks fitness."

Gnabry added: "The players have been looking for me, I thought that it was good. Next time I have to try to push myself more."
