Werder Bremen midfielder Thomas Delaney is pushing to move to England this summer.
The Denmark international is a target for Brighton, with Everton and West Ham also being linked in recent days.
Werder's finance director Klaus Filbry told DeichStube: "Thomas would like to go to England with a change already very much happening.
"Thomas has a contract here, we do not want to sell him. Sure, he said that he wants to fulfill his dream of the Premier League. That is legitimate. But it does not have to be this summer."
Werder have informed English clubs that it will take €20m to sign Delaney.
