Wenger to recall Arsenal keeper Cech for must-win meeting with Bayern Munich

Arsene Wenger will recall goalkeeper Petr Cech for the must-win encounter against Bayern Munich in the Champions League.

Wenger decided to hand second-choice shot-stopper David Ospina a start against Olympiakos on Tuesday night but the move evidently backfired as the Colombian international was well below his best in the Gunners' 3-2 defeat.

The loss means that Arsenal now face an uphill battle in order to qualify for the knockout stage of the competition, especially with the Gunners now set to battle it out against German giants Bayern at the Emirates Stadium on October 20 and at the Allianz Arena on November 4.

According to reports from the Daily Mail, it has been claimed that Wenger will elect to start with first choice goalkeeper Cech rather than Ospina as the Gunners strive to stay alive in Europe's premier club competition.
