Legendary former Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has labelled Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante as the best in the world in his position.
The 30-year-old Frenchman put in a Man of the Match display in the Champions League final, which the Blues won 1-0 over Manchester City.
Kante was instrumental in their success throughout the knockout stages, starring in games against the likes of Atletico Madrid, Porto and Real Madrid along the way.
Wenger told beIN SPORTS: "N'Golo Kante has added something to his game.
"Before he won the ball and he made a good pass, he was an exceptional ball winner.
"I say an exceptional ball-winner because he wins decisive balls without making a foul.
"But he is now capable of running with the ball and making a good pass in the final third.
"That's why I am certain he is the best all-round midfielder in Europe at the moment."
