Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is delighted with the form of Kieran Gibbs.
The 24-year-old has started all but two of the Gunners' 11 games this season and weighed in with a vital goal in the Champions League play-off at Fenerbahce.
Wenger told Arsenal Player: "At the moment I think that Kieran Gibbs is getting stronger, he has shown more authority in his game and technically he has absolutely improved a lot.
"That's very positive that people do not talk so much about him because that means he does his job well, and the fact that he's not so much at the moment in the spotlight is for positive reasons.
"That will come if he continues his performances. At the end of the day what is important is that his performances are getting stronger and stronger."
