Arsene Wenger admits he's spoken with Arsenal about a return.

The 69-year-old has yet to return to management after leaving Arsenal following a largely successful period at the club.

Wenger has confirmed he has talked to the club but feels it is too early to go back to the Emirates.

“I have been in touch with some people at the club but I felt when you go like that you cannot be half in, half out," Wenger told beIN Sports.

“You let people who come in work their way. And I wanted to take a complete distance.

“It's still a bit early, maybe, to go back. I haven't been back at the club."
