Brighton defender Adam Webster admits Manchester United attacker Anthony Martial was impressed by them last week.
The Seagulls beat United in midweek thanks to a 99th minute penalty.
Webster said: “Every team we play against always praise us on the pitch if there is a stoppage in the game or whatever.
“(Anthony) Martial was saying to me how well we were playing.
“(Raheem) Sterling and (Conor) Gallagher at Chelsea did it a couple of weeks back.
“I think we were 1-0 down or 1-1 at the time and he (Sterling) was saying we should have been 5-1 up.
“When it comes from players like that it shows the work we are doing.
“The way the manager has got us playing is amazing."
