Watford winger Ken Sema says Graham Potter deserves his chance at Chelsea.
Sema played for Potter at Ostersunds.
He told Sportbladet: "That he is where he is today does not surprise me at all. We players saw this before all of you did. For me, it is completely normal that he is at this level and it is only hoped that he will be as good as he can be and take over the world.
"He has the whole package. Not only as a coach but also as a person. Extremely knowledgeable about football and wants to get better and spends time getting better.
"He sees us as players and how we can get better. How to be the best Ken Sema I can be. Then he has had good teams too. We in ÖFK were good, in Swansea he was good, then he went to Brighton and did well there and now he is in Chelsea. He is a good person who deserves everything good that comes his way."
