Watford U23 assistant coach Riza: Hinds ready for loan

Watford U23 assistant coach Omar Riza says Kaylen Hinds deserves a first team chance.

Hinds was outstanding as they thrashed Bristol City 6-1 and did his prospects of featuring in the FA Cup replay at Tranmere Rovers no harm at all.

“He was outstanding," Riza told the club website. “He played with real intelligence, had plenty of time to play when receiving the ball and was very creative and had quality in possession. He created goals, was unselfish and played like the complete player."

The Watford coach acknowledged the former Arsenal player is “probably" at the stage where he needs to move on loan, continuing: “Since he's come in he has shown real quality and performed consistently. It would be good to get an opportunity in the replay at Tranmere and hopefully he will get that chance."
