Watford striker Matheus Aias continues to be amongst the goals for Segunda Division Mirandes.

The Watford Observer says Aias scored for CD Mirandes last night in a 1-1 draw with Real Zaragoza.

The 23-year-old has now scored eight goals in 23 appearances in all competitions this season, including six goals in six games in the Copa del Rey.

Zaragoza were without their Watford striker Luis Suarez, who has an impressive 15 goals from 27 games so far during this campaign, but missed last night's game through injury.

Aias has been with Watford since he arrived from Recre Granada in 2017, but has since spent time on loan with CF Fuenlabrada and Valencia and well as Mirandes.
