Watford have joined the battle for Barcelona defender Jean-Clair Todibo.

Everton have been regarded as favourites to land the Frenchman, currently on-loan with Schalke.

Mundo Deportivo says Todibo is a man in demand, with a number of Premier League clubs chasing his signature.

The Frenchman plays his final game for Shalke on Saturday, with his future very much up in the air.

And Southampton, Everton and Watford are all reportedly keen on the centre-back, alongside both Sevilla and Cologne.
