Watford are reportedly planning to lure Liverpool's Joe Allen and Jordon Ibe to Vicarage Road this summer.
The Guardian is reporting the Hornets will look to capitalise on Allen and Ibe's frustration over a lack of regular first team action at Anfield.
Allen has started in just 10 of 38 matches since Jurgen Klopp took over from Brendan Rodgers as Reds manager, while Ibe has been nothing more than a role player for the German manager.
Welsh midfielder Allen has just one year remaining on his contract at the Merseyside club, while English winger Ibe signed a long-term deal with the Reds last summer.
