The battle for Paris Saint-Germain youngster Goncalo Guedes is hotting up.
Wolves were the first Premier League side linked with a move on Wednesday.
Now a reliable PSG source, Culture PSG, has stated on Twitter that Watford have offered a whopping £54 million for the player.
Guedes spent the past season at Valencia, where he managed five goals and nine assists.
They want to sign him permanently, but big money offers from the Premier League mean his future may lie in England.
PSG do want to sell the 21-year-old to fund their own transfer plans, which may include Bayern's Jerome Boateng.
