Watford midfielder Doucoure ruled out for Newcastle

Abdoulaye Doucoure will miss Watford's FA Cup fourth-round clash with Newcastle United.

The Frenchman has been linked with a move to PSG this month.

However, manager Javi Gracia says Doucoure will miss the match at St. James' Park due to a knee injury.

He said: "Will Hughes is ready, he's training with the team and Craig Cathcart as well, they're both available for the next game.

"(Sebastian) Prodl is still injured and Femenia after the last game he's injured. He has a little problem with his hamstring and he won't be available for the next game.

"Doucoure is not ready, he has a problem in his right knee.

"We try to choose the best option. It's true in the last game in the FA Cup we changed a lot of players, but I think in that moment, that option was the best for us."
