Claudio Ranieri insists Watford cannot play any worse than they did against Liverpool last weekend.
The Hornets were below par for Ranieri's first game in charge, a 5-0 loss to the Reds in the Premier League.
Now they have a chance to right some wrongs, as they take on Everton away from home on Saturday.
"It wasn't a good experience," Ranieri said, per the Watford Observer.
"It wasn't a good show, it wasn't good for my first match at Watford, but we have to react.
"We can go down [in a match], but I want the players to react immediately. We can lose but I want them to react.
"I think it's very important - the players can do well or badly, but you have to maintain the same balance in life. Now, we lost a match and we played so badly – to play worse than this it's not possible. We must improve, of course, and I hope we can do a very very good match."
