Watford manager Rob Edwards is hoping Ismalia Sarr can develop into a versatile attacking weapon.
The Senegal International has been deployed primarily as a winger this season, but Edwards believes Sarr can play in a front two.
"I think Isma is intelligent enough and has the qualities to play in a number of positions," Edwards told the Watford Observer.
"He's had loads of success in the wider areas, but sometimes – like the QPR game - when he's out there we don't involve him well enough. He can also be a bit isolated.
"I want to get the best out of our players and he's someone we think about a lot, and how we get him into the game. I think he can do that from different areas, and maybe more central positions. He can still pull out wide from those central positions."
