Watford have signed Italian defender Marco Motta.
The 28-year old right-back arrives at Vicarage Road as a free agent having departed Juventus earlier this month and will be added to the Hornets squad upon receipt of his International Transfer Clearance.
Motta has previously played for Atalanta, Udinese, Torino, Roma, Catania, Bologna and Genoa and has represented Italy on one occasion as well as playing for the U23 team at the 2008 Olympic Games.
